What the site collects

Nothing leaves your browser. No cookies are set, no tracking or analytics scripts run, and nothing about your visit reaches me. One thing is stored locally: if you use the light/dark switch in the footer, that choice is saved in this site's local storage, so the next page opens the way you left it. It stays on your device, it is never sent anywhere, and clearing this site's data removes it.

Fonts, icons and scripts are served from this domain. No third party resource is embedded in any page.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server it processes the technical data a request carries: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent. Cloudflare acts as hosting provider under its own privacy terms and handles that data to deliver pages and to block abuse.

I do not have access to per visitor logs and I do not build any profile from them.

Email

If you write to me, I keep your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer and to keep a record of the exchange. Nothing goes to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

Links to other sites

Pages here link to GitHub, LinkedIn, project sites and bookshops. Once you follow a link the other site's privacy policy applies, and I have no say in what it does.

Some of those links are affiliate links: if you buy through one, the price is the same for you and a small share comes to me. They are ordinary links — no clicks are counted, nothing is stored on your device, and no third-party script runs here. Where they appear, the page says so next to the links themselves.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask to correct or delete it, or object to how it is handled. Ask by email and I will answer within a month.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian supervisory authority.
