How I work

  1. Closed scope

    Before any code gets written we put down what the software does, what it does not do and when it is finished. The price sits on that, not on hours.

  2. Runnable increments

    At every step there is something you can run. Progress you cannot test is not progress.

  3. Ownership

    Repository, infrastructure and data live in your accounts. Nothing stays tied to me still being around.
